Jeff has been investigating the paranormal for 15+ years! He graduated from college with a bachelors in Criminal Justice and minor in Crime Scene Investigation, using his investigation skills, he has stepped back into the world of the paranormal with a new focus into the history and exploration of the causes of unexplained events.
Shanda Coddington
Co-founder, Podcast Leader and Professional Photographer/Videographer

Shanda born in raised in Georgia has experienced the unexplained since she was a child of 5/6 years old. She leads our Podcast on YouTube breaking down paranormal locations, murders mysteries, and explaining phenomena and paranormal, from ghosts to UFOs. She is a professional photographer and has developed her skills in night vision to capture some of our most compelling evidence.
Dawn Andrews
Marketing, Advertising and Podcast Specialist
Dawn is a mother of two beautiful kids. A wiccan in faith, a white witch, medium, empath and sensitive. Dawn is also an amazing investigator who specializes in the study of spirits and demonology. Her family owns The Otherside Investigators, our sister location in Virginia, with their own YouTube Channel.

Investigator
Michelle has been working with the paranormal for over 25 years, working to find the reason behind her experiences as a teenager and young adult. She brings passion and love to the field.

Jeannie Blankenship
Investigator, Photography and Video Tech. Assistant

Jeannie is sensitive and empath. She loves to explore and work in the paranormal field. She uses her gift to help any spirit that come to her and asked for it. She also enjoys photography and camera work. She has been officially working in the field for three years and co-owns The Otherside Investigators with her daughter Dawn.
