      It's not always about the patron making the arrangements for their investigations, the location of the investigation is equally important when it comes to keeping up with scheduling, safety, and the physical visit of the people.  The amount of time and effort that goes into all of this can be extremely stressful and sometimes the location needs someone to make sure that it all goes correctly and smoothly.  We know your location goal is for you to always have people come and visit, but the more people that book, the more scheduling and confirming that must follow. 

 

       We can take all the stress and worry away, plus ensure that you and the patron are covered.  We will complete your scheduling, ensuring no one is over-booked and informed of your guidelines and regulations.  We always want what is best for all parties, safety and ensuring no one is confused or left out of any communication!

       We will send out confirmation emails, signature paperwork and explain all costs prior to the date of booking.  We also contact the patron two to three days prior to their date for confirmation.
